BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE CHECK OUR EVENT CALENDAR BELOW PRIOR TO MAKING A RESERVATION!

“Groove In The Gorge Music Series Event” days have additional costs added into the reservation fee. As well as, the QUIET HOURS WILL BE EXTENDED on the night of the event. Please note the following:

• Your music ticket charge is included in your site reservation fee based on the number of guests staying. (See “NOTE” at bottom of booking reservation site “Overview” page.) ** PLEASE CONTACT OFFICE FOR REFUND IF FEWER GUESTS WILL BE STAYING **
• Children 15 to 17 are required to have a music ticket which is included in the reservation fee.
• Children 0 to 14 no music ticket required.
• No dogs allowed in the music field on event days.
• Quiet Hours are Extended on Groove in Gorge Music Series Event Nights – see events for specific times
• All accommodations during Holidays, Bridge Day and Groove in the Gorge Event weekends include (1) vehicle parking permit except for the (2) Rustic Big Family Cabin Sites and our Pavilion Site. The Rustic Big Family Cabins can have (2) parking permits and the Pavilion Site can have (3) parking permits. (RVs may have one towed vehicle or one towing vehicle and an additional car). One extra vehicle pass can be purchased for a $5.00 fee during these times which must be approved prior to arrival. Due to limited capacity, this is not guaranteed so you must call prior.
• All full hookup RV’s, cabins 9, 10 & 11, and tent site 20 will be required to have checked in by 4:30pm on day of show. Please do not reserve these spots if you’re unable to meet this timeframe for Groove in the Gorge Music Series Event nights.
• Food Trucks, Local Brews, Massage by the Minute, and Art Vendors
• A Family Friendly Festival Atmosphere
