Fayetteville, WV – Archibald (Archie) Johnson is a local native of West Virginia serenading you his own original tunes and various covers from artist such as John Hartford, John Prine, Tyler Childers, Grateful Dead, Bill Withers, Willie Nelson, and more. Archie plays in a local band called The Kind Thieves who are constantly making their rounds around the area here in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, and other surrounding states. The Outpost is a place to bring people together who love the outdoors, music and food nestled in the heartbeat of the New River Gorge. The Outpost offers various lodging accommodations including primitive tent camping, tent platforms, cabins, vintage RV rental and both small and large RV sites.
